Dan Long, a 4th Generation Master Plumber, founded A1 Plumbing over 21 years ago and is dedicated to serving customers. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and volunteering with Boise Boy's & Girl's Club and The Hope House.
Roger Patterson joined A-1 Plumbing in the Fall of 2002, bringing 45 years of plumbing experience. As the Service Manager, he is heavily involved in training of our plumbing team. Happily married, he has two wonderful daughters and enjoys golfing.
Management
Scott Sparrell started his 13-year current career in the plumbing industry after the military. Starting as a plumber, he moved up the ranks to General Manager, and strives to provide our famous Red Carpet Service. He enjoys time off with his family and outdoor activities.
Gina Mendiola is our Office Manager, has been with A1 for 7 years, and is the head of the HR Department. She has a 20-year financial background and brings quite a bit to our team. Married for 25 years, her and her family enjoy Summer water activities.
